Groups 

At Just Dream, we offer a number of social groups for youth and caregivers. The goal of our groups is to create a safe space for participants. We want group participants to explore various topics, learn new skills and build positive social connections.

EMPOW(H)ER

Social skills group for Black and African American teen girls ages 10-13 and 14-17 to develop social skills, explore self- identity, increase self-awareness, and improve self-esteem through games, activities and discussions.   *This is not a therapeutic group. For assistance to get connected to therapy and other services check out our Parent and student support services.

Hybrid social group for adults interested in learning Mindfulness techniques for managing stress and other emotions. 

Understanding Mental Health (21+)

Understanding Mental Health is a virtual educational group that delves into defining mental health and dissecting its impact on Black or African American youth and families to help break barriers and overcome challenges to emotional and mental wellness.
