Just Dream is a non profit organization that supports, empowers and inspires Black youth and families through programs, events and services that celebrate and honor their culture.
During the month of October Just Dream Inc will host the B.I.P.O.C. Wellness Expo in honor of #EmotionalWellnessMonth !
The B.I.P.O.C. Wellness Expo is an immersive in-person event that inspires emotional wellness within the BIPOC community through education and activities. During the Wellness Expo there will be various classes hosted by local B.I.P.O.C. Mental health and wellness providers. Attendees will be empowered to learn more about various health practices and inspired to engage in these practices. From expressive arts, to dance, yoga, and so much more. This is an event you do not want to miss. The event is family friendly and all are welcome.
